Kit Manager: all columns fixed width with horizontal scrollbar

No columns stretch — sizes are set for the longest kit name
(ontrolModbusTcpSlaveSmart) and action text (Keep with no checksum).
A horizontal scrollbar appears when the pane is narrower than the
total column width.
